Wow! Now that looks high.
On another high note, Liz and I feel truly blessed to be part of such an amazingly successful fundraising effort for the charities we love. Looking across all of the educational charity donations that we’ve received, combined with our match and the direct donations to the charities designated in support of Johnamanjaro, we have exceeded our latest fund raising goal. As of today, we stand at $152,000.
This is beyond anything we imagined when our educational fund raising project kicked off. It’s totally incredible!! Our once little project (and big climb) is delivering a significant donation lift, in a very tough economic climate, for a few deserving and fairly unknown educational non-profits. So in our final three and half weeks before our Kilimanjaro journey begins, we’re raising the bar to $200K.
